Monday's workout (1/4/10)
Just recovering from the flu I probably shouldn't have done the entire P90X workout. At one point later in the day, I felt dizzy and lathargic with a very bad headache. I guess it was my body saying "hey stupid, you're not 100% well yet so sit your ass down". But hey! I woke up this morning 2.2 lbs lighter!
