How are things going????? I read your post about your shoes and socks and I know EXACTLY how you feel.

Finally!
It feels shameful, but this morning I realized that I can easily reach my feet again, to put on my socks and shoes. Without the "inner tube" making it almost impossible to bend over enough to reach my own feet. Major accomplishment!

So my scales tell me I lost 3 lbs last week! Yay! However I discovered that my scales are fairly inaccurate, so now I get on and off 3-4 times and take an average. Whatever works! Still a loooong way to go...amazing how easy it is to gain weight and how hard it is to lose it. Bah humbug.
