    Not weight loss

    I think you should try a strength training plan not a weight loss plan. Muscle burns fat anyway.

    FYI

    I noticed that your snack two nights ago was homemade pasta sauce - there is absolutely NOT 530 calories in homemade sauce. The most accurate way I have found to calculate it is to enter 2 servings of Petite Diced Tomatoes and a tbs. of olive oil.

    Ok, lets talk about this....

    PLEASE replace you daily 3 bagels with BAGEL THINS or ARNOLD LIGHT WHEAT BREAD. You will notice a huge difference. Drink water too....you will bloat and not be able to zip up your pants. LIMIT alcohol to 1x or 2x a week ONLY and STOP eating CAKE EVERY other day. Love you.
