Check out my last workout... I did the 300 (our version of it) and did not puke! "Time to up your weight" - Mike

Back on the bike
First bike ride of the season... Nine miles in about an hour. took it easy because the trail is in a state of crap due to the recent storms/flooding, also planning to do the "300" with Mike tonight.

Biking
Started riding my bike about a month ago. Found a great park with a 6-mile paved trail. Just have to dodge the kids. The 12-mile round trip took me 1:20 a few weeks ago. Got it down to 1:03 today.

Starting over
Ugh... I thought this was going to be a kickass summer for me fitness wise and instead I was laid up for all of July after having eye surgery. Still have to be VERY careful what I lift and am doing it in baby steps.

Thanks for the M
It's taken me a long time to swim that far, so I was pretty excited to do it last night. How's it going with the strength training plan? I've had a lot of races lately so I've been slacking on the weights but hope to get back to it in the next week or two.
