First I need to get better orientation on this site.. than I can track anything better. But .. tomorrow first exercising after 2 months .. of nothing .. :P wish me luck ! rofl

You aren't blind :D And to those questions ... 1. Yes I would like to move to vegan diet. 2.currently my diet seems crap : like irregular eating and loads of crap .. therefore my weight which almost killed me just to look at that number: D 3. I think I know what to do .. like exercising regularly .. eating regularly not a crap food and nothing which contains refined sugar .. processed food limit do low... or lowest level possible currently. 4. Problem I can see in this is my work .. so .. my goal is not get stressed because of my work and make time for foooooooooooood ! .. hope I am posting it ok and not messing things here .. because I don't know yet how it is working here exactly :D LOL Cheers
