update
i havent been on here in a while but i still have been working out alot. I am about to start a 6 days a week workout regimen for the next two months. I put on some weight in the last bulking cycle and it ended up being about 8 pounds of muscle and about 5 pounds of fat so im trying to get that off. My bench press is finally back up to 250. I have been running alot lately. I just finished a 5K this morning in under 30 minutes.

Thanks for the tip, I've been working my nightly routine pretty solidly even though I haven't been posting it (while eating w/e I feel like) and I've done a fairly good job of shedding back down to the weight I was before... Here soon I'm going to start a building phase and will be actually using this site more to track progress
