prt............... I always hated test.
These are mainly use to test how you pt activity is by completing test in three events. I say it's a way to keep your job.

work kills the motivation
It's true. sometimes i don't even want to go before or after work. but i pump myself by doing one heavy rep. If i can lift it then i'm in the gym. If not we go to the pool or go home to relax and try again tommarow. what do you think?
