About Me
I deal with running, body weight workout, weight lifting, swimming and climbing. My goal isn't having big and clumsy muscles but functional muscles which help me to master my own body weight. You can add me on twitter: http://twitter.com/siminator and visit my blog: http://simi.blogspot.si.

No pain (almost)
A few days ago I started with my old workout routines. I'm talking about weight lifting. I haven't done my functional workout for more than two months because I don't want to put too much stress on that injured part of the body. I plan to start with it next week. The same with other training I do.

I Love Bench Press
My favourite exercise, I can lift more almost every week! You are right though, don't over do it to begin with. You know what you are doing and will be at full strength again soon!
