World's worst dieter ever!
I'm back again... I don't know why I can't just stay on program and get rid of this fat. I try tracking for a while, but there is always something - usually boredom, that bumps me off program and I find all the fat that I lost. I feel like I've been trying to lose 20 lbs for the last 10 years, and I probably have. I drop 5 only to find 7 a week or two later. Frustrated & depressed, but not quitting.

Back to where I started again...
I've been back on track for a few days and my weight has moved down a touch. I'm happy about that but when I check the tracker, I notice it is just a half a pound under where I started the program some over three months ago. That's frustrating but at least I'm moving in the right direction again.

Blimped up again...
Had some pretty good success BUT then traveled for about 3 weeks including a conference in DC, a trip to New Orleans, and then a cruise to Cozumel. Eventhough the trip to New Orleans included a 1/2 Marathon, I still gained 12 pounds. So now I weight 2 more pounds than I did when I started this damn thing. Frustrating. But I've got to get back on the program and keep on keeping on. What else am I supposed to do?

ups and downs
stepping onto that damn scale every morning is probably not the best of ideas. Today I bounced up a little over a half a pound. Nothing to get too worried about. I've been following a good program and exercising, so rationally - I know it is just water weight, but emotionall it sucks to see the numbers going the wrong way.

Day one of workout.
HIt the gym today - just a light workout. The push-ups were difficult and I was not able to do 4 reps of 15, but I'll keep working on it. I hate the freaking teadmill with a bloody passion. I'm going to have to figure out a creative way to stand it if I'm going to be successful. I hardly did any cardio today. ;(
