    Title...

    When I look at it, all of the little things I eat all day long are adding up to be WAY TOO many calories! What a great wake-up call. Tomorrow, because it is bed time, I will work harder. I will try to work on one goal at a time rather than try to beat myself up for mot being able to do all of them right now. Everything that is difficult now will only get easier as each moment, and each goal comes. What is difficult now won't stay that way if I want it to change. My goal tomorrow is to walk the dogs. I'm also keeping in mind that I need to eat less.
