Feelin real good about this!!
I am feeling so good about losing this weight, I hope that it continues to be this way... Went to KFC tonight, got the buffet... and Im not guilty! I had a OR chicken breast but took off the skin, and then had a spoon full of potatoes, corn, coleslaw, peas and cottage cheese. I walked two miles today, so really I could have ate more... but its all I wanted. Went to the grocery store and got some fresh vegies to snack on as an afternoon snack, to hold me over till dinner. can't wait to weigh again next week!! SQUEEEEEE!!!!

9 lbs already!!
I have only been on phentermine 4 days, and have already lost 9 lbs!! Im so excited... I know that this is mostly water weight, because my mouth stays dry so I drink alot of water... but Im only eating small portions, and usually dinner is the only time Im feeling the least bit hungry, but I eat just a little, and eat it slow, and I feel full. I have to make myself eat lunch and a snack... because, mentally, my mind doesn't want it. I actually have faith in losing this weight... just needing to be a bit more active... and Im sure the pounds will melt away.

46 lbs
It seems to be coming off slower now... but I am staying motivated. I just joined the 20 lb challenge for the second time, and Im walking daily now... so I should be able to get another 20 off by Easter, if not before!

Hi I saw your profile on the lose 20 lbs challenge and I just thought that you've done an amazing job! I just wanted to say good job! And keep up the good work! I hope you don't mind! But Good Job! I like your splurge days idea too...I'm still working on the will power part of it. lol Anyway, keep up the good work. you're doing amazing!
