New group
Hey bud did you see the messages/replies on the new group. Since it has an RSS feed it should be easier for us to keep up with each other without jumping between personal journals. My spin class yesterday wiped me out. But I was so tired I got the best night of sleep I have had in ages. Cutting down on the carbs is making the endurance thing a lot harder but I am hoping it will get easier once I get used to it. What happened to Mitch did we scare him off with the pushup thing? Keep up the good work!

Monday back to business
Monday... Didn't quite get the lunch biking in but ate moderately and got in an intense spin class and a couple of circuits. Getting better at moving the circuits along so there is little rest in between. Tomorrow I will have to work with the boys. They decided they want to push their limits as well so they are on the hook for 500 push-ups by the end of the week ;-)

Sunday: busy but got a lot of things in...
I'm a bit toasted today. Late night last night, chopped up fruit for the breakfast this morning. Breakfast did turn out very good and everyone left. Then I went downtown and spent the rest of the day helping shoot an Orthodox wedding (I think it was lik a Czech community). Was small but nice. very ornate icons painted all over this small but artistic architecture. The reception was nice too. Weddings are a lot of work. you are constantly moveing from place to place taking pictures and pretty much have no time to sit and rest until everything is done. So in a way I was moving all day... got back after 7:00 on Sunday evening. had a late breakfast and no lunch so I will probably pig for the evening and veg ;-)

Almost 500 pushups later - I am done. As I crawl out of bed on Monday I will curse your name for making me pick up the pace. Marilyn says we are both insane! Thanks for the motivations, T

Busy day today
So today was very busy. Pictures for the soccer club, toting kids to soccer, mowed the lawn, got in the pool and did aome aqua jogging (interesting altho it did not seem all that hard, I am feelign it now...) Went to my in-law's 50th anniversary (pretty cool to stay together that long) and took pictures as well. Food was very good! Came back in and chooped u p fruit for tomorrow's breakfast for everyone. (Seems everyone that came to the party will be staying the night and will be here for breakfast ;-) I finished out the 1000 pushups and did some crunches along the way so I got them all in by 24 hours woohoo... I even went above and beyond and did an extra 10 ;-) I am pretty tired and of course the chest does hurt (amongst other things from the aqua thingee)....
