Downloaded app for couch to 5k on my iPhone... it's good so far - I'm glad I've been somewhat consistent at running, even though I haven't logged it in here all the time... it makes me feel like I don't have that much to go on this 5k thing...

I feel so gross today! Did my Nike training CLub workout - tried a 45 minute one and OMG it was hard! (The hurricane one)
