Training
Not so good at posting journal entries in here. I've been consistently training for the past three months. I've lost only 5 lbs, but that just tells me that I need to focus on my nutrition. BUT, I have really noticed in how I look and feel. My pants fit better and I feel much stronger. I actually look forward to my next workout. The biggest accomplishment is that I have been able to balance work, school and exercise --- so far!

Fitness Assessment
I went to my new gym and got a formal fitness assessment. NO BUENO! I found that my physical age is 9 years older than my biological age. So time to get more serious. Today, I vow to stop drinking those stinkin' sodas. I don't need them and they are not good for me...even the diet sodas....
