    Progress Reports

    Since I started doing HIIT and really lifting, I've had great results. I've lost weight, I'm getting stronger and I'm looking more toned. I'm very excited! Today I ate breakfast twice, but I'm still in pretty good shape. I did 25 minutes of HIIT plus abs. I'm not sure what I'm going to do for dinner--I'm not really hungry as I've already eaten three meals, but I'm sure I'll think of something. Maybe I'll just get a smoothie with protein powder or something.

    weight training

    I'm starting to weight training, and it's a pain in the ass to upload workouts that I already have written down anyway, so it's going to look like I'm not doing a whole hell of a lot, but I am! I'm also doing HIIT, which is hard to input. So I'll primarily be using DailyBurn for nutrition stuff right now.

    Getting My Burn

    Wow. I just burned WAY more calories lifting than I would have burned doing my exercise DVD. And it wasn't even that hard! I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow, but hey! That's a good thing!

    Title...

    Worked out hard today and yesterday. I ate a big breakfast, which might have been a bad idea--my tummy is kind of queasy now. Still, I'm happy. I made it through level 1 of the 3DS almost without stopping! Woo! I feel like I'm getting stronger. I think tomorrow I may take out something and do one of the NF circuits instead. We'll see. My abs are burning, which is a good feeling.
