Back on it . . . .up to 199.8
Well, due to getting close to 200 . . .going to keep track for the next few weeks and try to lose 5 lbs . . . .will keep goal at 190 for now.

Trending upward since Oct 2, 2010 . . .
Up about eight pounds . . . this may be due to increased weight lifting on my daily workout. Started lifting heavier weights and have put on muscle. However, would like to move weight from 197.0 to about 192 (goal weight). Gonna try starting today August 1, 2011 by end of month.

Just in case anyone really looks at this profile, workouts have not been missed over the past month. Six days a week, period. Not recording as I have in the past.

Just got back from ten day cruise
Well, not too bad. Weight jumped to 195.8, but hey not bad for ten days with all the food you can eat. Anyway, back on it today.

Anomaly . . .
Had outpatient procedure with lots of fluid. Moved weight up dramatically to 198
