Point proven.
2 nights of beer drinking and stomach fulls of chinese food proved my point that I'm only cheating myself, as shown by my weight change.

Re-entrance
Have fallen off a bit here. Still doing the gym every 2nd day, and back on the ECA Stack again, yet facing dismal results. These are issues that are directly related to my laziness and changes. I have ceased to monitor my food intake, and stopped monitoring my growth. I have visually gained some appealing results however nothing to base it on. How easy it is to fall back into old habits! On the training and exercise end I am doing quite well with excellent results lifting weights and cardio. However I need to kickstart myself back in if I am to hit my target weight of 165 for November 15th, and then try to knock myself down to 8% body fat before building myself up.

Travels Turmoil and Trauma
Have had a real bumpy week, however still persisting. ECA stack almost done will give it a couple more days before I start getting on a real solid diet plan again. A bit of turmoil in my life that I am positve that can be resolved with some focussed effort the same way that I focus on things in other aspects of my life. Prioritiy shift to ensure that this is the first and forefront. Travelled away from home for the past few days and still managed to get some workouts in albeit not the ones I am used to. Came back to a surprise, 2.6 pounds less and a half point of body fat removed. Starting to see some big results, yet can't seem to get my camera to function. Would like to do another measurement of my body again. Just need someone to help. I think from now on I will be requesting a hotel with a gym as it is essential for my well being. Starting to look outside the box, have an interest in different types of meditation, whether it be static, or yoga based. Staying positive.

Holy Abs!
Day 3 of ECA - still quite twitchy, sleep is a bit bizarre, but getting some good energy out of it. Going to drop the Asprin out if it I think, 325mg is a bit too much for repeated use, perhaps maybe one a day. Started the "Killer Abs" workout today - ooh boy! Going to be sore tomomorrow!
