day3
day 1&2 were hard and intense, this 30 day shed dvd is kicking my but, i havent been keeping up with recording my workout via dailyburn , but trust me im getting it in. Today makes day 3 and its getting a little easier not by much though. Looking forward to advancing to the other levels and becoming stronger and sleeker than ever.

unexpected events
had the nieces and nephews this weekend had lots of fun but gained a cold and stomach virus. unforunately i was in bed for two days in extreme pain. Now Im better and awaiting my workout dvd. Still cant eat much of anything but this is helping me bring more healthy foods into my diet.

first steps to progress
just ordered my Jillian Michaels 30-day shed from amazon. working on my diet the rest of this month and continue to find ways to make my life more active. Like taking the stairs, park far in the parking lot, taking a walk at lunch time. Next month comes the hard stuff, summer is approaching and the rest of my life beginning. til tomorrow

small changes
looking forward to the scale each day, i started taking the stairs at my job instead of the elevator, it truly shows how out of shape i am, but it feels good to make that small change that will make a huge difference
