"Fit or Fat"
recently I decided that I was just going to be Fat and Happy...i'm too tired everyday to worry about anything else. Much less about excercising and watching what I eat. But ever since I started saying my new moto out loud....I have come to realize that I'm not happy fat! Thanks to my friend Sarah for helping me with my motivational issues! I have several of them! I will be much better off in trying to meet my goals with the help of a great friend!
