Workout Updates
Doing less weight training and more cardio for the last two months. I realize my body was starting to look a little too muscular and hence have dropped the dumbbells and moved on to cardio blasts like Rip 60, Nike Training Club, Killer Calisthenics & running on the treadmill. Maybe I'll carry weights once a week or something but my traps are looking a lil too broad for my liking right now. And yea, I can definitely see the difference on my adductor muscles from doing sumo squats. I JUST WANT TO BE TONED & TRIMMED not lady pumping testosterone (not that there's anything wrong with that, it's just not for me)!! Anyway, diet wise, I think I'm slowly becoming a vegetarian. Eating less meat than when I started in December - February.

Beat IT!
I finally beat my personal best of 5k in 40mins and made it 5k in 33mins! I gotta get to the average of 5k in 25mins now. Well done! *pat on my own back*

Certified ACE Personal Trainer!
Yup! That's it! Went for the course in January. Sat for the exam in February, and a Certified ACE PT in March! Started training a few friends and seriously, I wish I did this earlier. I love it. It's so nice to watch everyone get so motivated and want to do it. Great feeling. Praise to God in the highest for giving this to me!

Killer Calisthenics
Came up with a running + calisthenic routine for myself. I love it. I love how it burns n out of breath I get. Probably needs some tweaking and definitely will work on that and design more routines for myself. Life is amazing. I love it.

Smooothieee
Finally managed to get myself a blender so I can make smoothies! Thank you God for helping me win those numbers! So blessed. Anyway, back to the smoothie. Post-workout recharge; 1/2 banana 10 blueberries 1/2 apple 1/2 scoop Lifemax Mila 1 Scoop Whey! Protein Ice cubes Blend it all up & Bon Appétit!
