Day 8
So far, so good. I am not feeling bloated or gassy and I've noticed that there hasn't been much at all for heartburn. I can't believe a week has already passed. Hoping for another good week in weight loss. If I can keep up 1-2 pounds a week, I'll be in a good place for going on vacation. :)

Day 2
Today is day two of my wheat free diet experiment. I was exhausted yesterday, but I think that was also due to staying up late reading and then getting up early to get my blood test. I took an afternoon nap and then felt somewhat better, but was still ready for bed by 9:00. This morning, Tom's alarm went off at 5 and I was able to get up and get moving. As long as I can figure out this dinner thing each night, I should be ok continuing the wheat free experiment. I am having a smoothie for breakfast (agave syrup I guess isn't great for me, but it's what I have and I don't want to use synthetic sweeteners) and then a good lunch and dinner with protein and veggies.
