Hi Scott! I am watching the new season of Biggest Loser this time around as well. The new season started last tuesday. I hope to get some motivation from it as well. Thanks for doing this and letting me be part of it. I love listening to you all online on Praise! blessings, Donna

Hey Scott, thanks for inviting me to join in your challenge. It's very motivating to compete with others and also directed me to this very awesome website. Starting Again
Yesterday I started again. I've been wanting, and sometimes trying, to loss weight for several years, but never seem to stick with it. It's like my motivation evaporates at the first sign of a hamburger. I went to the gym yesterday evening and just did about twenty-five minutes on the treadmill. Not too much, but enough to break a sweat. Amusingly, they had a marathon of "Biggest Loser" playing on the TV. Good stuff to watch if you need help believing you can do it.
