    OMG....Really

    My healthy lifestyle has been MIA for way too long. I have over-extended my birthday celebration and I am sad to report almost all my weightloss has been reversed. That's okay, I can start again and will be excited to report my successes next Thursday :).

    Welcome Back Week August 21, 2011

    I took a long break from eating healthy and working out. Unfortunately, I gained 9 pounds during that break :( Now I'm back and ready to commit to my first 21 days with Leslie S's new breakfast, lunch, and dinner workout DVD set. Monica and I also commited to texting each other regarding calories and workout. Hopefully neither of us will flake out :)

    May 6, 2011 Update

    It's been a little while since my last entry. I have an additional weight loss of 4.2 pounds. this brings my new grand total to 13 pounds even. I am eating a lot more protein and have learned to eat fewer carbs. That seems to do the trick for me. I am hoping to have more success this week with the start of the hCG sublingual pellets. If each day I am down at least 1/2 pound then that will be at least a 3 pound weight loss. Hopefully it will be 5 pounds, which would be awesome!

    April 14, 2011 Update

    I am nuetral about my progress this week. I have not seen any significant changes, but my weight is decreasing a little. MedShape is really helping me to increase strength training, increase protein, and decrease carbs. I do have a grand total of 10 pounds down :) I am not taking a shot with double fat burner. I am looking forward to having at least a 2 pound weight loss by next Tuesday.

    April 5, 2011 Progress

    I am pleased to say that my body is getting more firm and toned. I have more energy than previously and I am getting to sleep and staying asleep without taking something. Overall I feel better and my face is finally beginning to clear up! The scale is not showing any weightloss since last week, but I look and feel smaller. Since my fat % was so high, I wonder how long it will take for my body to swap fat for muscle mass? I am guessing 2 to 3 weeks and then the scale will begin to reflect the weightloss again. I wonder what the MedShape consultants will tell me.
