D1=300cal; D2=600cal; (-2.4kg so far) D3=850cal+got period(4.feb); D4=2325cal; D5=525cal; D6=480cal,66.6kg!; D7=780cal; D8=700cal; D9=480cal; D10=1065cal. .D11:65.5cal.After ten days review this plan. How it has kickstarted the weightloss, and if upping the calories is an option at this stage.

Day 4: 55.6 kg
so far overview of intake: D1=1276cal//D2=1240cal//D3=1277cal// D4=1213cal// BUT: today I will definitely try to hit 20 glasses of water to see if it makes a differenece to yesterdays circa 8 glasses. Also my fat intake ration is much higher than the other day's

Day 3: 56.0 kg
my diet has been 45% fat, 45% protein, 10% carbs. Apparently it works wonders for losing fat while maintaining muscle. Goal for tomorrow at the most 55.5kg.
