    so far overview of intake: D1=1276cal//D2=1240cal//D3=1277cal// D4=1213cal// BUT: today I will definitely try to hit 20 glasses of water to see if it makes a differenece to yesterdays circa 8 glasses. Also my fat intake ration is much higher than the other day's

    Day 3: 56.0 kg

    my diet has been 45% fat, 45% protein, 10% carbs. Apparently it works wonders for losing fat while maintaining muscle. Goal for tomorrow at the most 55.5kg.
