7 Week
My wife and I assist an aquatic aerobic for the first time WOW!!!! That really works.... So we are adding aerobics at least once a week to our routine. I start eating some HMR entree food from YMCA wellness program. Some mistake I made... 1. adding jell-o to my protein shake.... AT NIGHT :( 2. I ate in a arabic buffet 3. Eat what my kids left from a Molten Dessert at Chilli's. November 6 I weight 182.7 Even when I am loosing weight slowly I feel on track. I am still doing my routines at the gym and using from time to time Wii Fit.

6 Week
I was completely out of focus. Even when I did all my routine exercise I did not eat I I was suppose. I ate alcapurria, china buffet, arroz con gandulez, and fry fish. :( Yeah I know :( October 30 I weight 184.6 I meant I loose all the weight I ate in the weekend LOL.

5 Week
I start drinking Gold Standard 100 Percent Whey, Vanilla Ice Cream before and after work out. Increase my running time to 30 minutues my pulse was 168. and October 23 I weight 185.4

4 Week
Start jogging and I am more concern of my nutrition. Doing same program plus jogging on tuesday, thursday and saturday. Since it was a long time since I do cardio my pulse 178 and I get tired to soon. I start increasing lbs on the regular plan. Oct 16 2008 I weight 190.8

3rd Week
I haven't change my nutrition yet. I stop drinking sodas and candies. Stick to Mens Health Total Workout Plan. No Cardio yet. Oct. 9 I weight 192.2
