Low Carb, small portions
I recommend it! Next thing to work on, is the intake of water and getting decent rest. Hopefully I'll be back on a some what decent working schedule to where I can get my ass back to the gym. I'm missing my girls at the gym!

5lbs more to go until I've reach my weight goal. Eating healthy is helping! I still need to get back on the exercise routine though.

Low Carb Diet
I'm trying to follow a low carb cookbook. Most days I seem to do ok, as long as I get a day off in between to make more low carb food to take to work. =)
