Challenges
Hey, Love! I like joining challenges, because they give me small goals that I can aim towards and see progress. There are lots of "Everybody Wins" challenges like "Burn X amount of calories" or "Run 100 miles"--then there are also the competitive challenges like "Run as far as you can in October" challenges that I know I won't win, but I can still do my best and see others doing their best too (sort of like participating in a 5K).
