    Downward Trend

Looks like you are on a downward trend yourself. I have had hormone issues and have been working them out with a fantastic doctor. my program started last week, and I have lost 10 pounds. I have not been able to do that since 1997, no matter how strict and restricted the diet. So it is nice to see something finally work.

I see you uploaded a new progress image but I can't seem to find it. Did you not want to make it public?

    thanks for the add

I see you are studying to be a nurse. I am too. Sometimes it is hard to find time to work out, so at least here we can try and motivate each other.

About Me

I am an outgoing person who was very fit in my youth but over the years let that slip away. I recently got very upset that I was out of shape and overweight and told myself "THAT'S IT". I am here to help get myself back in shape and from the stories I read and the people who I see really doing it, it helps me to know I am not the only one out there and gives me some strength. I also recently went back to school after 20 years of being out and I am studying to become a nurse. I have 2 beautiful daughters and I try to live life to the fullest today. I no longer look at life as "the glass is half empty" but know it is half full and getting more full with all I embrace it for. I love new friends and motivators and look forward to getting to know some of the people here better so we can help each other on this marvelous journey we have embarked upon. :-)
