Thank You for the Challeneges.
I'm in a couple of your challenges, thanks for creating them. Looks like you aren't always logging your food. That is how I keep myself honest, you might want to try to log a bit more. Also you may want to quit the Orange Juice and the cheese, if you cut out the sugar Carbs and the Dairy you will start to see the weight fly right off. But give it a couple weeks and you will see results. I have cut out Dairy, Grains, and increased my proteins to 30g per meal and have had great success (48 pounds down in 4 months). Good Luck!

It's going going gone!
I have been working really hard and have lost a total of 31 pounds. I am feeling great about myself which is motivating me to go even harder. I am going to start doing the Insanity work out once I get down about 9 more pounds. It is going to be intense but totally worth it for 60 days straight. My goal is to be in better shape than I was in high school come next summer when it is time for my 10 year reunion.

It starts
Ok, today it starts. I am sick of the up and down with my weight. It is going to be hard but I am going to slowly cut sweets out of my diet. I eat way to much candy, this is going to be hard!
