here is how I know I'm an emotional eater!

I'm not really gaining or loosing right now...actually...I am gaining and loosing every couple days, which has me pretty much balanced out... We have to meet with my husbands family next month for their parents 50th anniversary. He has a VERY critical, very volatile family...meaning everyone loves and hates each other...no middle ground so I am nervous, and excited at the same time :) We are going to Great Wolf Lodge! That part should be a lot of fun and I want to be able to swim...however because I am nervous...I am having a wicked fight just to stay the weight I am now!

    Hi... sorry for being late

There are very few people who don't have to think about what they eat. Athletes perhaps. So if you can acquire a very active lifestyle you might become one of those few persons that don't have to worry so much about the calories, they just throw it into the furnace. ;) - The best bet for you to up your metabolism is to stay active (as in cardio) and do some serious weightlifting (2-3 times a week). - But the best thing you can do for the long run is to find some activity that you truly like, preferably love doing. So now is a great time for you to explore many different activities. This may become an exciting time in your life. :)

About Me

I love sports, home schooled my children till high school. Did a triathlon two years ago. Want to do more. Love trail riding (bike that is -live in the city) and anything outdoors. Certified interior designer, took courses in landscape architecture, accounting, and business. Almost finished becoming a personal trainer through ISSA. Part owner of an HVAC company however, due to changes in circumstances in my life, (becoming sole care giver to my 5 children) I have had to make a career change. Received my chef's degree and am currently pursuing work in that field. I'm told that I have a very dry sense of humour. <~Canadian!
