Out of control eating.......
For the past week I have been binging, eating out and not exercising. This is somewhat due to my foot and back pain. It really has me down right now. I need to work through this slump. It's a new week and I'm going to try, try again :)

Motivation
I've had a number of people tell me I really look like I've lost weight. This is so motivating for me, as my pants and clothes are still fitting fairly snugly though I've lost nearly 15 pounds(todays stretchy materials, while so comfy are really quite deceptive).
