Sophia7674's Journal
Hi Sophia,
I haven't been on DB in about half a year (bad Cellie!) so now that I'm back I thought I'd come and see how you are doing. Have you ever worked out a good solid nutritional plan and logged your food as much as you could? Losing body fat/weight or gaining body fat/weight is mostly the result of what you eat. If you fix your nutrition, you will succeed!

I haven't checked in on you for awhile. How are you doing?

I've been..
doing good about getting work outs in lately: not so good at logging them. Will work to have all 7 dots on the exercise log: or at the very least 6 out of 7 every week.

You made me curious
whom the quote is from so I just googled it. It's Antoine de Saint-Exupery, a French writer (1900-1944).

Why thank you!
I got the quote from Oxygen Magazine and it really resonated with me. It makes so much sense! You can't just wish for a new body and hope that it will fall in your lap. Just like with other goals in your life you need to be methodological and consistent, and you need to persevere. And in my opinion transforming your body is not about losing weight as quickly as you can; it's about planning ahead, feeling good about yourself, and finishing what you started. If you don't quit, you can't fail! You're doing awesome!!! :)
