It's weird using a different scale...
Since I've been home instead of at college, I've been using a different scale at a different time than I normally do -- I usually exercise and weigh myself at night, whereas now I'm doing it as soon as I get up. The other day, it showed me with a weight of 98 pounds! In any case, if you see some dramatic weight gain when I go back to school, likely it's because of this difference. Still, it's nice knowing that I'm already at my goal weight in the morning!

Finals Week
I just completely didn't have time to log food (bad excuse for eating too much, I know) during finals week. Now that I'm going home, though, it should be easier. Let's hope!

Good
on logging your food, but i don't see any exercise logged. Don't you want to get to goal and feel better as well? You are so very close; let's get there by the holidays--you can do it. You can take walks, try it.

Good morning
and have a good day. Try to stay focused and do some sort of exercise. A brisk walk will do it. Take care.

Delighted
to be invited as one of your motivators. Now let's see, you are very close to goal--you can do this. Be sure to log your nutrition and workouts and you will be where you want to be shortly.
