Ok, now I'm convinced this stupid pathetic annoying diet works. I've never done a diet but someone as OCD as me kind of does respond to cold turkey (double meaning.... grrrrrr....) and it's working. 5 pounds so far, but MAN is it scary when the scales go down. all i can think about is how they might go back up again -- isn't that weird?? maybe i need therapy ;) x x x

going way over!
I'm going way over my calories some days. I guess this tool is working as it gets so annoying to go over! love it when i see the little green check marks.... but think i'm intentionally underestimating portions to keep it green ;) good thing is I'm aware of it so hopefully that means i'm getting better at estimating portion sizes? yep, maybe ;)

Yeah true... but I guess I can't expect decrease in fat at all if i'm sitting on it all day ;) maybe dad's book is the way forward? or maybe fudgesicles are the way forward? ha ha x

you'll go crazy if you measure everyday with all the natural fluctuations ... but with that awesome scale I'd want to anyways! = ] so neat.

body fat?
body fat going up, lean muscle mass going down! weight staying same or going down -- all this when i'm trying to eat less!! grrr... :)
