About Me
I am a busy single mom. I am looking to get back to fighting trim after a long layoff for knee surgery and major shoulder issues. My goals for the year are back to 125 lbs, be able to do a pull-up from a dead hang, and do ten perfect push-ups without pain.

Slow Going
Having a hard time rearranging my schedule to get back to the gym and working out. Spending most days with my daughter, who I really don't want to leave home alone. I have been doing a lot of yard work though. Haven't been eating very well, but this is a new week and I am going to get back on this horse and ride!

Absent
Sorry for the absence. My daughter was in a bad wreck. Her best friend, the driver was killed. She will be fine but was hospitalized for three and a half days and has a great deal of mending to do physically and emotionally. http://www.wsfa.com/global

Testing Done!
What an ordeal. I hate testing, but it is over and now I have a few years grace. The body is a little worse for wear, and I may need some recovery time before I get hard back to the goals, but I survived and it is done.
