Sounds intense
Just read your wall post. Thank for sharing. I lift weights 5-4 days/week. 3 day split. I run 5 days at a caloric deficit (around 30%) with Protein & Fats being constant and Carbohydrates being the lower macro. On the other 2 days (same day I do Upper Body heavy workouts) I consume a major caloric surplus (30% extra) to help my metabolism reset, and allow my muscles to replenish. Long story short. 5 out of 7 days are in a deficit. I'm shedding fat at a nice rate and will do this until it stops working. Oh, and I do cardio 2-4 days/week depending how I'm feeling.

Bodyfat challenge
I just got your challenge and accepted. Good timing. I've been leaning down for 2 weeks now and plan to continue till Nov 1. After that I'll aim for 8% by Dec 31. Thanks for the invite and if you want to trade notes on how you're dropping bodyfat just lemme know.
