I graduated
I'm sorry I've been neglecting my GymBuddies, I've been putting all my effort into physical therapy. Today was my last day (they told me I "graduated") so now I can get back to regular exercises and slowly build back up.

Thanks!
Yes the lower calorie count is the issue. I work for a chicken company so I get raw boneless skineless breast of chicken for like 67 cents per pound. So I eat a LOT of chicken! Plus I eat a lot of fresh veggies like squash, zuccini, carrots, etc... I know I have to get better at logging my info!

Is too few calories the issue?
You haven't been recording your nutrition enough for me to help you troubleshoot, but it seemed like you ate chicken three times the day you did record. I'd steer clear of things that have been artificially modified to lower their calorie content, and make sure you are eating natural whole foods. I hope you are feeling better soon!
