srcranford's Journal
First workout at Larry North Fitness
So I met with my trainer (Stephen) at Larry North Fitness today. I did a circuit with 3 sets of 9 exercises. When I finished, I was shaking all over (as my tattoo artist would say, quivering with delight). I had done most of the exercises before, but when there is someone there to push me, I tend to do better (go figure). Anyway, we will see how it goes. I have wanted to do this for a long time and came up with every excuse in the book. With what I know now, I can't afford to wait any longer so here goes the journey. I was up to 250 pounds and my goal is 165. I am currently at 239 and will use this journal as motivation to continue. Lets see how it goes.
