back on track
yayyyyyy for regular 2nd day of exercise, today it'll be the 3rd day....if I can only continue on until day 7, it'll be easy from then on :D. just have to be dedicated for 4 more days :D then I'll do this for the rest of my life :D...

Don't know if this will help but it helps me
So starting and stopping a diet happens A LOT for me and I had to keep saying, 'it's ok I'll start again tomorrow!' BUT there is a better way to do things. When you realize that you have strayed from your diet, stop right there. It may seem like a new day is a better day to start again but instead, starting at that moment of realization is best. For an example with food, I would buy ice cream and eat the whole thing! But instead of eating the pizza too, I would stop and have grapes. That way, you do less damage to the weight loss! Or working out (this i need to work on my self!) But if you miss working out, do something small at home, everything we do burns calories it has to help! Anyways! Stay strong you can do it : D!!!!! *huggles*

starting where I left off
ok so we're restarting this healthy eating habbits tomorrow along with exercising. I was so sad I didn't follow my own missions....so I'm restarting tomorrow so no guilt just learning from bad experiences. :D
