My experience
Dailyburn helped me a lot about choosing the right food and doing right exercise. It changed my perspective about how to keep myself fit and healthy by keeping progress what I eat and how I exercise. The motivators, varies exercise regimens and customized workouts helped me in achieving my goals. I have achieved my goals, and learned a lot from dailyburn. The feed has been very helpful. I couldn't find a negative aspect about dailyburn. I have met all my goals that I have put at the start of the program. Thanks to Miss Bee for suggesting and making us use this website. I would recommend this website to all my friends and family members.

Working it Out!
I noticed you've tried many different exercises and posted your progress to many different workouts. This has also been helping you steadily lose weight and get closer to your goal which is great! Which exercises have you found to be the most fun? Which have you seen the most results from? I think it's great that you say you're trying new exercises everyday and taking your diet in a healthier direction. I've been trying to do the same thing, and when I lose motivation it's nice to see other people are doing the same thing. What are some of your favorite healthy meals that you eat now? Have you found any good healthy snacks that you enjoy? You should be proud of yourself for making so many changes and sticking to them! Keep it up:)

My motivation
I motivated tkarrys, aechambers, azkaityln and bspencer. A healthy mind resides in a healthy body. For us to achieve our goals and succeed in life we need a healthy mind to churn out ideas and think. I think exercise and healthy diet will help my mind to think in a proper and constructive way to generate new ideas. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed after following exercise regimen and healthy diet. This motivated me to keep on following and choosing right choices. I choose to play tennis because its a very good aerobic exercise. It also gives me an opportunity to meet up with my friends for a game of tennis. Tennis for me is a real stress buster after a day of chaos at work and school.

Healthier than subway BMT
here is my own healthier version of subway's Italian BMT.here is the link http://dailyburn.com/recipes/healthier_version_of_subway_italian_bmt I made this sub healthier and with less fat by using whole wheat bread, turkey pepperoni, leaner ham and salami.I used mustard instead of mayo dressing.By reducing the fatty ingredients and adding leaner substitutes and more fiber I made a healthier version.
