Less Carbs More Protein
So I'm trying to slowly cut back on my carbs which is HARD b/c EVERYTHING has a carb in it. The thing is knowing the good carbs from the bad.....which is interesting by itself.

Jelly Beans
I am now convinced that jelly beans are the work of the devil. They are addicting and way full of CARBS!!! Tell me why I can't stop eating them....lol.

Cheat Day :)
Today was my cheat day and it was GREAT!!!! I let myself have what I like on Sunday...hence the "cheat day". Going to the gym 6 days a week needs rewards. :)
