    Hola senor!

    How's it going? Sorry I've been MIA....Thanks for the pedal advice. I wasn't having troble getting out of the pedals, I was having trouble exiting the bike on the same side as the exited pedal. LOL! That pic with the hedge- well that is just a fine example of my riding abilities. See, I'm soooo good that I can hit hedges! :P Anywho, all is going well. Starting my half ironman training now. I'm ready for the running, but I'm terrified of the swimming. The biking looks like it's going to be so nice. I can't ride for more than about 1/2 a mile here without stopping for traffic so I really haven't seen how fast I can get to. The half I am going to do is here in Miami- the MIami Man 1/2 Ironman- it's partailly in a zoo so if I start hallucinating about hippos and elephants I will be reassured that they are probably real! Take care!
