    I'm all prepared in every other way, except for these last few pounds - I put back on a few, but I lost 5 pounds again this month. So soon, very soon! Within the next month or two! No excuses! And you better be putting in effort again! No more slacking for either of us! :P

    Hey thanks for noticing! :) I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the difference. Some days I feel like I haven't lost weight or changed at all. It was so personally inspiring and just what I needed to realize to start the year off right. Were you slackin off over the holidays too? :P

    Haha I don't know where that came from either.. was in the middle of my yoga, the video was buffering, and I was just doing something while waiting for it to load, something to satiate you over there :P haha. I appreciate the buttkick though! You're awesome! And congratulations yourself on the constantly steady loss :)

    Oh my, so you're British then? Fascinating! I'm pretty impressed that you'd choose that - there is a show on Hulu called Survival School I've been watching while on the treadmill. You'd enjoy it! :) And no, I'm not looking forward to that part simply because it will be the most challenging and will require me to grow a proverbial 'pair'. :P I've been forcing myself to do things all summer that gross me out, which I'd normally avoid. I'm envious that you feel so comfortable in that type of scenario!
