About Me
my name is steph. I am 5'3 and 159lbs right now. been trying to lose weight for the last 2 1/2years.it has not gone so well.i have a son who is 2 1/2years old.that were my promblem with weight started when i was pg with him i gain 50lbs.and i was like 115-120lbs growing up.so ya this is a big change for me.I Love animals but dnt have any of my own yet.I love to sing&dance.i love to be online lol.i use to love to work out.so now i need to try to get that love for working out back!well this is just a lil bit about me.if u want to know more just ask:)God bless u all.

marathon
hey i did it,yes i did.I did a Marathon today on my stationary workout bike:) 26.2Miles:)and im also taking the time to count my cals to.even writting them down.i will admit this is hard for me to do.i am now eating lunch.im having a smart one.my fav is the Traditional Lasagna with meat sauce:)Im hoping i can stick with this.

starting over 8/3/2010
well i got up eariler then normal. and thought i need to try this again. so i had 1cup total raisin bran cereal with 1cup milk+a strawberry whips yogurt.it = out to be 420cals.plus i took my vitomen.and Im going to ride my work out bike in a lil bit.i hope i can stick with it this time.as i have failed many many times.it no time for failure NOW!need to get off my butt and make a change.cause i have gained more weight :(im 5'3 and my weight is 159lbs:(growing up i was like 115-120lbs then i had my son 2 1/2years ago and gained 50lbs while pg with him.so ya im tired of this weight ,im tired all the time.well time to get started.and i think im going to and in my workout dvds too.not just the workout bike.hoping this is a good start to the rest of my life.
