I'm happy to hear that you had a great experience with Gyminee. This is a classic case of 'you get out what you put into it' - and you really took the time to explore and learn something, both about yourself and by enlisting the resources of others. Good luck with your future health/fitness endeavors! :)

Reflection of Gyminee
The food journal was an eye opener for me it a few different ways. One of the things I learned about my diet is that I eat a lot of the same foods over and over. That isnt the best diet, it is better to have a varied balanced diet. I also was happy to see I do make some good food choices. My calories are not way out of control. I had some trouble keeping my protien levels up where they need to be. I did lose weight this last 8 weeks which is a good thing for me. I didnt get to my 5 point goal but it wasnt bad. Didnt gain!. For me tracking workouts was very good. I couldnt skip them.. There were times when I worked out and wouldnt have if I wasnt on Gyminee. I found a couple very good workouts. The short shorts workout is great! Not so sure I will wear short shorts but legs do feel good when I do that workout. Gyminee was very helpful for me. I learned so much from fellow class members. We had some very informative and knowledgeable people in this class. I felt like I wanted to workout more and was inspired by them. It was helpful for me to track my diet and exercise. At the end of the day I could see if I had meet my goals. If I had to work harder the next day. I am most definatly going to keep using Gyminee. I have told many people about this websit and they are also using it and happy with what they are learning. I have never been a message board person and am surprised at how helpful and willing to help people are. Especially on this particular subject of diet and exercise. Like I said I am very motivated to keep with this and have learned so much. Thank you everyone for the advise and encouragement.

You've provided really informative feedback to some of the posts in the public forums. It's nice to be able answer other people's questions - I'm sure they really appreciated it. What do you think about the answers you received for your post on "Helping stick to a diet/exercise program'? Do you think the answers were helpful for you?

Thanks for the motivation - and I'm sure your GymBuddies appreciate your encouraging words, as well. In the discussion forum on "Motivation to Move" it sounded like you found a real motivator with the bootcamp classes. Given your current situation (having moved, jobs, school, etc) you seem to be in a transition with your workout. I suspect you are trying to find something that is similar to the experience you had in the bootcamps so you can continue feeling strong and inspired. Good luck w/ your search for a gym or program that will help keep you on track sooner than later! :)
