Feeling great so far
I am beginning to feel normal. I just need to stop this snacking when my son goes down for a nap. I think a goal of not eating from lunch (1130-12) and 4 o'clock is resonable :) Its working so far

I'm not completely serious about this eating right and exercising just yet. I will come around. I have set a date of Jan 1st (along with the rest of the world)! I just have to have DETERMINATION
