"back" to it!
I am well enough now, i hope, to get back to the P90X program. My back feels pretty good and I have been cutting splitting and stacking wood with no pain so I think I can get "back" to it...:) Thanks to Sensei for the shiatsu!

I have not been able to to do p90x since I wrecked my back a couple weeks ago but I am still loosing the weight. I am on a very low to no carb diet and walking, which also helps out my back. 200 pounds, here i come!
