About Me
Lost about 30 pounds in 2007 and then came down with a severe case of both the flu and laziness. Now I've gained about 30 back plus 7. Not the fattest I have ever been but as I get older it starts to pack on easier. Back on the bandwagon today to get down to 170. It won't be easy.

Week 2 Thoughs
Slow progress. Was hoping for more than 1 lb. but I haven't fully cleaned up my rather poor eating habits yet. Will try to push treadmill to one hour - just starting to get back into the groove of the treadmill.

Week 1 Thoughts
Week 1 started with a bang and ended with a whimper. Seem to be adjusting to the treadmill OK but my diet sucks and I need more moto to work on my arms and chest.
