Day 9
This is becoming a habit - late night workouts. Hope the lower amount of sleep doesn't negate too much of the exercise.

Day 8
This is a PITA! If I don't work really hard at it I'm not able to reduce carbs & increase the protein. There has to be an easier way. Yet again another late night for a workout (got done around 11pm), but better than waiting until tomorrow.

Day 7
I did it - but it wasn't easy. Diet was atrocious (no time to plan today and we went out to a local BBQ place so it had no hope of being healthy). Did my 26 minutes of cardio at 10:10pm - could easily have skipped it, but I'm glad I didn't.

Day 6
Ok - I'm going to bed without working out. Reason being I spent about 7 hours in the yard doing work. No, it wasn't cardio, nor was it lifting heavy weights, but I'm wiped out. Tomorrow is supposed to be the "rest" day, and I'll be doing more yard work and I'll get my cardio in then.

Day 5
I was so close...again...to not doing anything. Glad I pushed myself again - thankfully today's workout was a short one.
