    Update: INew Goal Added!

    I have now lost my original excess weight and am down to 86KG. I now want to bulk out and gain muscle to a weight of 92KG. Time to build the correct muscle.

About Me

Trying to regain some fitness after twin disc removal a year ago. Am willing to try anything to improve my overall fitness and mobility. Ultimate goals are to be able to bench 130kg and have a six pack definition. Also to be able to wake up without back pain.
